Funny Girl

Miriam was the co-founder of website Funny Girl. The website was online for eight years and had columnists in São Paulo, New York and Los Angeles. It focus was mainly on entertainment, travel, culture and musical theater. The site became one of the richest sources of information on musicals for Brazilian audiences. At Funny Girl, Miriam published her theatrical and film reviews, exclusive interviews as well as content travel, hot spots, concerts and interesting events and lectures in New York and other cities.

Among her many interviewees are Pelé, Eric Bana, Ricky Gervais, Carrie Fischer, and the big names of Broadway Joel Gray, Chita Rivera, Lin Manuel Miranda, Sutton Foster and Stephen Schwartz.
